engagement ring


Every little girl dreams of the day when she will be proposed to, I am no exception. I have been looking through wedding magazines for as long as I could hold a magazine. I waited patiently for the love of my life to come along and sweep me off of my feet and last year, all of my dreams came true.

I had been dating my boyfriend for around nine months and things were going very well. One beautiful spring day, when we took a long walk together, my wonderful love stopped abruptly. He got down on one knee and I knew what was coming next. He took out the most beautiful engagement ring and slipped it onto my finger. I had never imaged that he could pick out an engagement ring that was so perfect for me. I immediately said yes and we ran home to call all of our family members and friends. I took pictures of my ring and emailed it to everyone. Everyone was as enraptured with my engagement ring as I was.

My husband and I had a beautiful ceremony a few months ago and I still look at my engagement ring and feel my heart sing. We are as much in love today as we were the day that he proposed and my ring is a constant reminder that dreams really do come true.
