You are offering them an engagement ring and asking them whether they will or they won’t spend the rest of their lives with you; till death do you part. While there are some classic and traditional ways to pop the question, and there is nothing wrong with sticking to tradition, I have heard of some cool other ways that you can offer an engagement ring to that special lady. I will be honest here, I did it bent on one knee traditionally at a crowded restaurant, and boy was I nervous. However, if you are looking to break the norm and be different, allow me to suggest these three different ways to offer an engagement ring.
  1. In a wine glass. When she leaves to use the restroom, you pop the engagement ring in the bottom. You do a toast and she finds it.
  2. In a piece of cake. You will need to get tricky here, but tell her there’s a surprise in the cake.
  3. At a large event where you can buy an ad on the jumbo screen and thousands can watch as you propose.
